I booked the wrong day for my usual competitor salon so had to make a last minute appointment here. I have to say I’ll be converting. The front desk/salon manager (f) was so welcoming, generous, and Raphal was no fuss and easy and most importantly, for an extremely fussy visitor, gave me an excellent haircut. I loved my first visit to Gary Ingham - the staff were all lovely, despite handling the stress of a colleague being unwell, the peppermint tea was delicious and Rafal was amazing. He really took his time and I could tell that he was putting thought and care into every snip.
Have already booked my next appointment!
