Our Founder Gary has a wealth of experience while maintaining a hunger to learn. Gary sets our highest standards and a notable example to all who have enjoyed time working with him. Gary’s attention to detail has gained him a great reputation in the industry as well as his Celebrity clientele.

I love sharing life experiences and keeping things chilled, I’m always following fashion and the latest trends so I can do what I do best and create effortless glam looks.

Originally from North-West London, Tracey is a rarity - a real Londoner! Tracey’s been with us for 6 years, originally joining us as a stylist. Tracey’s now working as an accomplished Director, Aveda Texture Specialist & unofficial in-house Therapist.
So, what’s Maia all about?
Maia’s approach to each colour session is highly personalised and bespoke. In-depth consultations help her to understand each guest’s needs, reaching her ultimate goal - to help her guests look and feel their absolute best, leaving them glowing with confidence.
Maia
Maia is highly experienced colour specialist with over twenty years in the industry. Her career began in Iceland where she quickly developed a passion for hair colouring, blending art and chemistry into truly exquisite colour services.
So, what’s Alina all about?
Vibrant and full of life, Alina enjoys fashion, staying active, and exploring new ways to live a holistic life. Charming, warm and fun, people find her easy to connect with, as she brings warmth and energy to everything she does.
Alina
Alina has been with Gary for the past 2 years, and is our latest and brightest graduate! With a passion for Aveda colour, and a firm belief in a holistic approach, Alina loves a healthy lifestyle both inside and outside the salon, and we’re very proud of her fantastic work and creativity.
So, what’s Holly all about?
To me, hairdressing is a joyful, spiritual experience. Every style is an opportunity to uplift someone’s energy and reflect their inner light.
Lou Lou
A truly holistic hairdresser, with 8+ years of Aveda experience, Lou Lou creates calm, connection, and beautiful hair. She specialises in lived-in colour, soft balayage, and bouncy blow-dries, bringing precision and soul to every appointment.
So, what’s Preeti all about?
I aim to create a relaxing space for my clients, believing hair is the perfect accessory to any outfit. Specializing in chic, timeless looks while prioritizing hair health, I excel in natural-looking blondes and rich, beautiful tones. I'm here to make you feel your most beautiful self.
Preeti
Joining us from Glasgow, Preeti brings 14 impressive years of experience with Aveda. Personable, funny, and incredibly caring, she has also traveled and qualified as a personal trainer. Preeti is eager to dive into life at Gary Ingham, and we couldn’t be happier to have her!
So, what’s Holly all about?
I’m so pleased to be settling into life in London - such vibrant city with so many different interesting people. Getting the chance to get to know so many already and bringing a smile to their face creating beautiful colour is so much fun!
Holly
Hailing all the way from The Great Lake State, Holly is an experienced Aveda colourist, and since joining us in 2022 Holly’s taken huge strides to improve her already impressive skillset and build a busy column up in Hampstead.
So, what’s Veronica all about?
Calming, connecting, and truly listening—I love being part of my clients’ hair journey. I believe your hair is your crown; it’s a reflection of who you are. Creating beautiful, tailored looks through precision cutting and Aveda’s stunning colours is like making art. Seeing the smile on someone’s face when they feel confident and seen—that’s what I live for.
Veronica
Veronica has spent 10 years in hairdressing - seven at Gary Ingham- specialising in creative colour, balayage, bold cuts, and bobs. Her artistic flair shows in both her work and her passion for music as therapy.
Primrose Hill
So, what’s Amy all about?
The favourite parts of my role are making my guests feel happy and welcome in our space as well as highlighting hair with our customisable Aveda colour, I Also really enjoy my cutting, especially working strong graphic shapes.
Amy
Our English Rose, Amy’s commitment to her guests and the team has no bounds, Amy joined us in 2016 as a Stylist, since then she has become the backbone of the team and Salon Manager.
So, what’s Edita all about?
I really enjoy being honest with my guests and sharing experiences of travel or parenting. I am a perfectionist so absolutely love precision work weather its colour or cutting I really enjoy the tiny details and creating that journey with my guests to get their hair exactly right!
Edita
Edita joined us 7 years ago as an assistant with no hairdressing experience after studying Marketing in Vilnius, Lithuania. She completed her training in 2018 with remarkable success and a keen eye for detail. Now, after a short break to become a mom, Edita is a busy Senior Stylist.
So, what’s Ellie all about?
I’ve wanted to be a hairdresser for such a long time, being able to say I get to do it every day is amazing. I love learning and I literally learn something new every day whether it’s about hair or the person in my chair it’s something I’m really passionate about.

I’m all about championing individuality, I love taking the time to really get to know our guests and being part of such a very special place!
David
David’s a mainstay in Primrose Hill. An author and accomplished artist, he’s always putting a bit of extra brightness & fun into our day. David’s warmth is known all through the neighbourhood and his fantastic sense of style rarely goes unnoticed.
