Our salons operate a 24hr cancellation policy.
- Appointments cancelled or rescheduled PRIOR to this time frame will mean any deposit is fully transferable or refundable.
- Failure to give the minimum 24hrs notice will mean the deposit will be forfeited and a NEW deposit will be required to rebook any future appointment.
- Failure to complete a skin test within the required time for the appointment will be viewed as a last minute cancellation and any deposit forfeited.
